This song is around 3 decades old, by one of my favorite musicians Bob Dylan, he was the one talked about revolution in USA.
Here in India, our Motherland the times are changing for sure. This Anti-Corruption revolution is an example. But is this really a revolution which is going on a right path? Why do we 'the people of India' need someone to wake us up that look around there is corruption everywhere and you are the one suffering? I mean who doesnt know that corruption is bad, everyone knows that, we were taught to be honest when we were small kids, it was the first lesson which we learned, our parents taught us, our teachers taught us not to lie to be honest. Then from where this corruption entered our mind? or we entered the vicious circle of corruption? the answer is simple and everyone knows that, we just need to be honest to our-self first to realize, to know the answer. The moment we will realize that, the real revolution will start.
I am not against anyone, I am just supporting the thing which I think is right. People think just because I am not supporting Anna Hazare I am not against corruption. But that is wrong, I didnt liked few points in Janlokpal so why should I support it? atleast I know what lokpal is, I know what is the difference between both the bills there are people who dun even have any idea what Anna is fighting for but are supporting him blindly, are they part of this revolution? I dont think so. Following someone blindly is not revolution, Mahatma Gandhi said 'be the change you want to bring in the world' and that will be the revolution.

U r right partially. Actually, even if the Jan lokpal bill is not right we should raise the voice because if we will not, govt will think that people are not much concerned about this issue. I am not saying that support Anna's bill but fight that a bill should be passed atleast. Either govt's or Anna's.. Kisi ka bhi.. but a bill should be passed against corruption.
ReplyDeleteI agree that a bill should be passed, no doubt it will be passed too, lekin aankho ke samne dekh ke makhhi nahi nigli jaati, the point is when we know the flaws then why not remove them first and then pass a better bill
